ELEZIONI suppletive DEi RAPPRESENTANti degli assegnisti di ricerca e dei pHD NEL CONSIGLIO DELL’ISTITUTO DI MANAGEMENT

Si comunica che con Provvedimento del Direttore dell’Istituto di Management n. 783 del 29.11.2019 sono state indette le elezioni suppletive dei rappresentanti degli Assegnisti di ricerca e PhD nel Consiglio d’Istituto di Management, mandato scadenza 31.10.2020:

n. 7 rappresentanti del personale assegnista di ricerca;

n. 3 rappresentanti degli Allievi PhD;

Le elezioni si svolgeranno secondo la seguente articolazione:

  • 16 dicembre 2019 primo scrutinio: dalle ore 09.00 alle ore 17.00;
  • 20 dicembre 2019 eventuale secondo scrutinio: dalle ore 09.00 alle ore 13.00;
  • data da stabilire eventuale terzo scrutinio.

Nella sezione allegati sono visibili gli elenchi suddivisi per categorie dell’elettorato attivo e passivo. Ciascun elettore può esprimere due preferenze.

Eventuali indebite omissioni o esclusioni relative all’elettorato attivo e passivo possono essere segnalate a mariagrazia.nardi@santannapisa.it

Le elezioni si svolgeranno mediante procedura telematica e vi si potrà accedere tramite il link: https://evote-srv.sssup.it/ seguendo le istruzioni nella sezione allegati.

Il seggio telematico di voto resterà aperto ininterrottamente dalle ore 9:00 alle ore 17:00 del 16 Dicembre 2019.

 

 

We inform you that with Decree of the Dean of Institute n. 783 del 29.11.2019 has been called the elections of the representatives of the following categories, term 31.10.2019:

n. 7 representatives of researchers fellows;

n. 3 representatives of PhD students;

The elections will take place according to the following calendar:

  • 16 december 2019 - first ballot (from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm)
  • 20 december 2019 - possible second ballot (from 9.00 am to 13.00)
  • Date to be established - possible third ballot

In the attachments section you can see the voters lists divided by categories. Each voter can express two preferences.

Any undue omissions or exclusions relating to the active/passive electorate can be reported to: mariagrazia.nardi@santannapisa.it

The vote is electronic: you can vote from any pc, following the instructions attachments.
